Due to the group's continued success, we are looking for a charismatic, engaging and ambitious Associate Corporate Finance Director to join our team at our modern head offices in Bolton.

• Managing a portfolio of clients
• Regular communication with clients and potential acquirers
• Negotiating offers and complex deals
• Delivering an exceptional level of customer service
• Building relationships with clients, trade acquirers, private equity investors and other professional advisers

This is a varied role, where no two days are the same, and is an excellent opportunity for a results-driven person looking to develop their career.

• You will ideally have a professional qualification (ACA, ACCA, CF) however this is desirable not essential
• 35 years post qualification experience with time spent in a corporate finance role lead advisory/transaction services
• You may have experience of working within the Corporate Finance team of a top 20 accountancy practice, other sellside brokers, PE investment houses or Corporate Finance boutiques
• Experience of taking a leading role in M&A transactions, from either the buy side or the sell side.

• Selfmotivated and able to manage your own time effectively
• Ability to work under pressure
• IT literate experience using basic Microsoft package essential
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Attention to detail
• Ability to think outside the box and problem solve
