About the role
The Residential Team Leader (TL) role is responsible for customer acquisition. The TL will deliver sales across business and residential markets through his/her team in line with target.

The role is very hands on, and the TL will spend a considerable amount of time in the field coaching, developing and showing agents how to perform to the expected standards.


What will you be doing?

  • Deliver new customer sales in line with monthly targets
  • Induction of new starters, and inlife training and coaching
  • Maintain headcount in line with budget
  • Day to day operational management of the team: KPIs achievement, making sure all team members have proper direction, knowledge, skills and tools to deliver expected results.
  • Managing a plan of all team's activities on daily basis, support the team in real time, work with all relevant stakeholders to ensure the smooth implementation of planned activities.
  • Strive for continuous improvement across the team

What we are looking for:


  • Proven track record of performance in business sales management
  • Experience in the broadband/telecommunications market
  • Experience working with SMEs (E) and residential customers (D)
  • Strong sales and negotiation skills
  • Great communication and interpersonal skills
