Your role as a New Store Opening Trainer at Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen will be crucial in helping the business continue to launch and establish itself in the UK.

We are looking for passionate individuals who live and breathe hospitality, who want to be part of creating joy for our consumers, you will be working within the Training Team supporting the Training Managers to deliver training to our new joy creators whilst supporting stores prior to and following launch day.


A flexible approach will be required to take on tasks according to the needs of the department and business plans.


This is a field based role and will require frequent/ weekly travel throughout the UK, you must be willing to travel to fulfil this post.

  • Understanding of the business operations, liaising with the ops team to deliver new store training programs on time and efficiently

What we're looking for:
  • Previous experience or willingness to become a part of a central support role within a Hospitality business, within the training / learning & development function
  • A high level of passion for the Hospitality industry with a keen interest in training as a career path
  • Previous experience in QSR/ hospitality is essential
  • Great at building relationships alongside Strong communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast
- paced environment & meet deadlines

  • Cando attitude and the ability to problem solve
  • Ability to travel across the UK for our restaurant openings is essential away from home min 3 days per week
