    Senior Pensions Administrator Role

    The XPS Group is a leading UK consulting and administration business specialising in the pensions and insurance sectors. As a Senior Pensions Administrator, you will play a vital part in our team.

    The Role

    1. Train and support less experienced team members.
    2. Maintain membership records and documentation accurately.
    3. Assist with the calculation and payment of scheme benefits efficiently.
    4. Complete project work to high standards.
    5. Liaise effectively with stakeholders.
    6. Maintain compliance with ISO and AAF accreditations rigorously.
    7. Support member enquiries professionally.
    8. Ensure high-quality pension administration and consultancy services are delivered consistently.

    Your Profile

    To succeed in this role, you will need:

    1. Previous Defined Benefit (DB) pensions experience.
    2. Experience performing manual calculations within the pensions industry.
    3. Able to develop a culture of high standards and customer responsiveness.
    4. Knowledge of MS Office Products such as Excel and Word.
    5. Strong organisational skills.
    6. A can-do attitude.
