My Pharmaceuticals client is looking for a Project Coordinator - Corporate Access to coordinate project activity across various key teams and occasionally lead smaller projects which are integral to the smooth management and support of Investor Relationsand their Directors.

My client is a leading pharmaceuticals brand looking to bring in a Project Coordinator - Corporate Access to their office in Cambridge.


Description
The key deliverable of the Project Coordinator - Corporate Access is to:

  • Establish relationships with business stakeholders to capture business requirements and ensure their understanding and commitment to the project/program objectives.
  • Prepare presentation materials for management reports.
  • Project Management: Coordinate project activity across the IR Team where required, with the opportunity to occasionally lead smaller projects.

Meeting Management:

manage meetings between management, the IR Team, and shareholders, investors, and analysts; Manage the calendar of investor conferences, roadshows, and other activities, optimising the use of management time; Manage interactions,planning, and meeting execution with corporate access people at banks and brokerages that assist with the investor outreach.


Profile
The successful Project Coordinator - Corporate Access will show:

  • Experience in managing complex stakeholder relationships & organising and planning key investor & company executive interactions
  • Experience in managing cooperate access calendar & associated budgets
  • They should have experience working with thirdparty supplies
  • Audio Visual companies, hotels, and conference organisation companies
  • Experience Co
- ordinating project activity across Investor Relations Teams with the ability to lead smaller projects / Deliver projects involving 3rd parties

  • Budget Management: holds the budget for Events and Corporate Access across IR.
  • Strong Microsoft office skills & video conferencing
  • Strong attention to detail & experience in dealing with senior stakeholders

Desirable Skills

  • Experience in Corporate Access and /or in a large company or financial institution.

Job Offer
On offer for the successful Project Coordinator - Corporate Access:

  • 9-month contract
- part-time working - split how you would like
- hybrid working at my Pharmaceuticals clients office in Cambridge
- an outside IR35 day rate of £200
