We are delighted to offer the opportunity to join our Sourcing & Recruitment Training Programme within our ACADEMY

Based within our Centre of Excellence in Edinburgh, this is a 13 week, structured programme to learn everything about our business and industry.

This is a permanent opportunity and on completion of your training you will be assigned to a dedicated client.

You will learn:

Personal branding and how to create an engaging public profile to devlop yourself as a thoughtleader and / or Subject Matter Expert.
How to Identify and Source talent through niche and highly technical sourcing processes and platforms.
How to engage talent and effictively Headhunt on behalf of one our clients.
How to work with Hirinh Managers to provide a consultative and supportive recruitment partnership.
How are industry works and fits within the corporate ecosystem.

To be successful in this role, you will:

Be able to evidence a strong customer-service attitude
Be a problem solver, relish a challenge and thrive on constant learning
Have any extra languages (on top of English), giving you opportunities to recruit across the globe.
Particular attention will be made to applicants speaking French, German or Swewdish.

£24,000 - £24,000 a year

Base salary is set at UK£24,000, you will also be in consideration for performance related bonus of up to 10% of this salary, paid prorata twice annually, in line with company performance.
