Description

We are looking for an experienced cleaner to lead the evening shift at a site based in the university of Manchester.

Duties to include mopping, vacuuming, dusting, cleaning office areas, washrooms, kitchen areas and communal areas.

Supervisor duties to include supporting staff, reporting to line manager, managing absences and cover, keeping staff timesheets, assisting with staff training amongst other duties.


Responsibilities:


  • Communicate with employees.
  • Evaluate work performance of employees.
  • Ensure that all employees are aware of the company's goals and objectives.
  • Encourage employee participation in decisionmaking.
  • Coordinate operations with other departments or outside firms.

Job Type:
Part-time

Part-time hours: 15 per week


Salary:
£12.00 per hour


Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Manchester: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
