Fox Morris Group are currently working to recruit an
Education Penalty Notice Officer. This is a
full-time role, on a
6 month+ contract.

Rate:
£17.48-£20.00+ per hour (negotiable dependant on experience)

Hours:36 per week

Evidence of significant experience and ability in the use of the Oracle Finance System,
Knowledge of legislation relating to sections 7 and 444 of the Education Act 1996, the Education (Penalty Notices) (England) Regulations 2007, EWS Non-School Attendance Education Penalty Notices Local Code of Conduct, and the EWS Prosecution Policy

Role responsibilities

To work closely with the Education Welfare Officer, Finance and coordinate all aspects of issuing Education Penalty Notices (EPN) and collection of fines on behalf of the Education Welfare Service,
To maintain computerised and manual records of all EPN transactions ensuring compliance with the requirements of the Data Protection Act and Brent financial regulations and producing reports,
Maintain accurate records on the Oracle Financial System and regularly communicate and lead on meetings with Brent Financial Service Centre ,
To be responsible for managing queries from customers and schools regarding the issuing of Education Penalty Notices and collection of fines.
