Responsibilities:


  • Analyse guest data to plan resources and materials required to meet operational requirements.
  • Maintain a strong working relationship with GM, Hotel Team, HSK team and suppliers to ensure clear communication and implementation of best practice.
  • Provide excellent guest service, including VIP and other special requirements.
  • Identify ways to improve guest satisfaction.
  • Adhere to H&S policy, ensuring that all staff have been trained in the related RAMS, manual handling and COSHH.
  • Ensure that all appliances and storage areas are safe in accordance with regulations.
  • Recruit, train, manage and monitor team performance daily/weekly.
  • Manage stock control and the maintenance of equipment efficiently.
  • Perform routine inspections of all checkout rooms and spot checks of all occupied rooms.
  • Deliver and exceed financial targets.
  • Manage expenditure and payroll to ensure budgets are adhered to.
  • Participate in training to improve skills and performance.
  • Solve routine challenges that occur on the job.

What we are looking for from you:
Previous experience of working as a Head or Deputy Head Housekeeper.

Salary: 25,500 per annum


Salary:
£25,500.00 per year


Schedule:

  • Day shift
  • Monday to Friday
  • Weekend availability

Experience:

- housekeeping management: 1 year (preferred)
