Citizens Advice Leeds is working for a fairer society where people are free from the effects of poverty and injustice.

We are a local charity helping people to resolve financial, housing, employment and other legal issues through telephone, online and face to face services.

The Performance & Quality Officer will liaise with Northern Powergrid regarding performance and quality KPIs and work with all local Citizens Advice partners to ensure project KPIs are met.

They will also liaise with Citizens Advice to set up and maintain project specific Casebook reports.

We're looking for a Performance & Quality Officer with experience of managing advice services in accordance with Advice Quality Standard and experience of implementing & managing quality assurance processes.

Desirable attributes include knowledge of information assurance standards and good practice.
