**Sales Administration Manager
**Our client is seeking a Sales Administration Manager to work for their small but established and expanding company within the import and distribution industry.


You will work within a small and friendly team and report o the Operations Manager and Managing Director your duties will include but aren't limited to:
Overseeing the processing of customer order and raising invoices.

Completing all necessary export documentation.

Liaising with customers and warehouse to ensure timely delivery and managing any issues.

Checking all warehouse and stock invoices for errors

Assisting with chasing aged Debtors

Working with the Operations Manager to on special projects including completing New Line Forms and specification requests.


Assisting with the sending out samples, booking the courier and ensuring stock room is kept clean, tidy and fully stocked.

Ensuring filing is up to date

Check the daily post and action as appropriate.

Answering the phone and dealing with enquiries.


General ad-hoc duties as and when requested including emptying the dishwasher, making teas and coffees and preparing the meeting room.

Assisting with the company warehouse move.


To be considered for this role you should ideally have previous experience within an order processing role and knowledge of export documentation.

You should also have relevant Sage experience. What is really important is a team player who can multi task andhas excellent attention to detail. You will have excellent communication and organisational skills and you will have the ability to work on your own initiative with working knowledge of Word and Excel

Full Time - 40 hour week

Salary:
£30,000 - £35,000
