Description

The role consists of working in a busy customer service centre at our Head Office in Blaydon Tyne & Wear.

The company has traded since 1976 with an established business nationwide and is ever growing and fast paced

Hanover Dairies prides itself on the excellent customer service it provides to its customers. Applicants will need to have a lengthy customer service background on telephones and be competent with computers


Hanover Dairies delivers to a wide network of areas including the North East, North West, Scotland and Oxford and other southern regions.

We deliver Dairy products to residential households, schools, and general dealers

we have over 200 delivery vehicles across our network with a customer base of around 160,000

Full training will be provided on our sytems to the succesfull canditate


The hours of work are 37.5 hours per week at £11.00ph Monday to Thursday 8.00am to 4.00pm and Friday 8.00am to 3.

Weekly Wage of £412.50 with 28 days holiday a year inclusive of Bank Holidays and a company pension
