Description
To assist the financial Controller in all their duties to ensure the smooth accurate and cost effective running of the company


Duties:


  • Enter sales invoice via SAGE
  • Enter sales receipts on SAGE
  • Credit controlling
  • Purchase orders
  • File purchase invoices
  • Bank payments
  • Weekly time and work sheets on payroll
  • Customer statements and invoices
  • Reconcile UK bank accounts and adjust for exchange rate difference
  • Any other adhoc duties

Requirements:

Previous accounts experience necessary:

Sage experience necessary:


  • Strong Excel skills
  • IT literate
  • Numerate
  • Attention to detail

Monday to Friday 8am to 4pm

Salary:
£27,000.00-£30,000.00 per year


Schedule:

  • 8 hour shift
  • Monday to Friday
