Description

Our Property Maintenance Coordinator plays a central role in ensuring that our apartments are maintained and well looked after so our guests have a truly exceptional experience whilst staying with us.


As a Property Maintenance Coordinator, youll work closely with our Guest Relations Team to fulfil any guest maintenance requests or issues using your basic plumbing, carpentry, and electrical skills.

Tasks will range from investigating appliance issues & leaks, painting, siliconing, & replacing small fixtures & fittings.


We have apartments situated across London, which will often mean travelling to multiple locations in one day, providing the opportunity to work in a diverse range of settings with a variety of people.


Responsibilities:


  • Carry out all maintenance requests.
  • Ensure that all apartments are always wellmaintained and presentable.
  • Respond to any callout and maintenance issues on a timely basis, including assessing the situation and arranging for appropriate action.
  • Ensure that all tasks are updated on the Company CRM system with accurate information and in realtime.
  • Safeguard all maintenance products, by ensuring they are locked away at night and that the lockup area is kept clean and presentable.
  • Always keep maintenance vehicles and storage areas clean and tidy.
  • Work as efficiently as part of the team and help with any tasks to the best of your ability.
  • Undertake any additional ad hoc responsibilities as requested by the Property Management Executive.
  • Promote our values of honesty, integrity, quality, and fun through how you work and follow the operating methods of Portland.

Requirements:


  • Basic plumbing, carpentry & electrical skills
  • Proven experience in property maintenance
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Strong time management, organisation, and prioritisation skills
  • Team player
  • Selfmotivated and hardworking with drive, ambition, energy, and enthusiasm
  • IT literate in internet browsers and Microsoft Office you will be trained in additional systems such as OSCAR and Sugar CRM
  • Precision and attention to detail
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • The ability to work within a team
  • Full UK driving license (preferred but not required)
