GBS Apprenticeships are recruiting for a Learner Coordinator to join their team.About The Role
Qualifications
Essential:
- 5 GCSE (9*4/A*C) (or equivalent) including English and maths
Roles/Responsibilities
Main responsibilities:
- Managing the data sheets to track learner progress
- Working with the delivery team to support them with supporting learners
- Providing advice and guidance to all potential learners where required to support the delivery team
- Providing delivery team with weekly learner progress data
- Providing effective and regular support to learners
- Motivating learners and raising their aspirations to ensure success
- Completing and managing data/documentation as required by the quality and delivery team standards
- Working with the sales team to progress learners onto further education after completing a skills course.
- Coordinate and host employer meetings
- Attending team meetings as and when required to do so.
- Advising your line manager of resource requirements.
- Coordinating appointments efficiently and effectively, working flexibly to meet the learners and business needs when required
- Promoting a positive image of GBS and the work that is carried out across its various services.
- Demonstrating flexibility in responding to changing demands in personal, sectional or the teams workload.

- You must be able to work independently and deliver against stringent deadlines
- You will ideally have good experience of using the full Microsoft packages and a willingness and aptitude
- To learn bespoke IT packages
