Responsibilities:


  • Make outbound calls to potential customers.
  • Maintain a positive attitude and be able to handle rejection.
  • Provide customers with information about products and services.
  • Keep records of customer interactions and transactions.
  • Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction.
  • Ensure customer data is accurate and uptodate.

Job Type:
Part-time

Part-time hours: 18.25 per week


Pay:
£16,746.00-£19,346.00 per year


Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday

Supplemental pay types:

  • Bonus scheme
  • Performance bonus
  • Yearly bonus

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Birmingham: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
