This is an exciting and highly rewarding opportunity for an energetic Marketing & Recruitment Assistant, who is based locally, and is passionate about the care industry and helping vulnerable elderly people and the community.


This is a hybrid role which is both office based and field based around Sale, Altrincham and Wythenshawe so you will need your own transport.

What will our Marketing & Recruitment Assistant be doing?

Marketing / Social Media

  • Support with recruitment advertising using our inhouse social media tools
  • Going out to find content for our social media channels (Facebook, Instagram), website and Live Well Your Way magazine
  • Work with the Directors to support on our Live Well your Way community magazine, social media campaigns, local press adverts, radio advertising, fundraising and community events
  • We are looking for a real "people person" to support our Community Engagement Team in the local areas of Sale, Altrincham and Wythenshawe to promote our Care Professional roles as rewarding, local, well paid employment opportunities
  • As a Marketing & Recruitment Assistant you will support our Community Engagement Team to build trusted relationships with a range of people from a variety of organisations, such as the voluntary, faith, leisure, housing, retail, business, education and health and social care sectors with the aim of encouraging referrals for our Care Professional roles
Recruitment Support

  • Attend careers events or recruitment coffee mornings or support with pop up recruitment events in our local area
  • Welcome our new Care Professionals on training and supporting them through the onboarding process

Knowledge, Skills & Experience

  • Professional experience with Social media platforms such as Facebook and confident and creative when promoting our business via social media
  • Excellent writing / editing skills for recruitment related print and social media content
  • Comfortable with different IT systems and with the ability to pick up new systems
  • Confident with using video call technology such as zoom
  • Knowledge of Canva and /or Photoshop is an advantage
  • Knowledge of Excel spreadsheets is an advantage

We are looking to hire a people focused Marketing & Recruitment Assistant to support the Marketing Manager and the Recruitment Manager based from our office in Broadheath, Altrincham.


The Marketing & Recruitment Assistant will support in promoting our career opportunities for new Care Professionals via social media campaigns and organic posts, our community magazine, flyers and at events in the community.
