Multi Trades are seeking a motivated and experienced Construction Administrator to assist our client's Head Builder in managing domestic build projects across Yorkshire.

As a Construction Administrator, you will be responsible for overseeing the procurement and delivery aspects of the project, as well as managing Building Control and other administrative aspects of the work.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Work closely with the Head Builder to ensure that all procurement and delivery aspects of the project are handled efficiently and within budget
  • Assist in the preparation of construction schedules, budgets, and other projectrelated documents
  • Maintain accurate project records, including contracts, invoices, and change orders
  • Liaise with Building Control officers and other regulatory bodies to ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards
  • Work with subcontractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders to ensure that project timelines and quality standards are met
  • Assist in the preparation of project reports and presentations as required

Qualifications:


  • NVQ in Construction Preferred
  • At least 2 years of experience in construction administration or project management
  • Strong organizational and timemanagement skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and project management software
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
