Description
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Customer Service Assistant.

As a Customer Service Assistant, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional service and support.

Duties:


  • Communicate with customers via various face to face channels to address inquiries, resolve issues, and provide information about our products and services
  • Analyze customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions or upsell additional products
  • Provide exceptional customer service by actively listening to customers, understanding their concerns, and offering timely and effective solutions
  • Demonstrate excellent phone etiquette by maintaining a professional and courteous demeanor at all times
  • Assist with order processing, tracking shipments, and handling returns or exchanges
  • Collaborate with other team members to ensure customer satisfaction and achieve department goals

Qualifications:


  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Ability to analyze customer needs and provide appropriate solutions
  • Experience with upselling or sales techniques is a plus
  • Excellent phone etiquette with the ability to handle challenging customer interactions

Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent


Pay:
From £25,990.41 per year
