Description

Due to continued growth we are looking for a number of Case Handlers to join our Mortgage Enforcement team in Bristol.

Working flexible between the office and remotely, you will be acting on behalf of mortgage lenders in taking steps to enforce their security by way of possession of the mortgaged property.


Your Role:


  • Taking responsibility for running own caseload as driven by case management system (Solcase)
  • Prepare relevant court documents and instruct agents/advocates where required
  • Ensure regular communication with Team Managers regarding work related issues or problems which should be reported immediately and escalated if necessary.

Your Skills and Experience:


  • A natural empathy/affinity with Clients and a good telephone manner, with a clear diction.
  • Demonstrate proactivity and attention to detail.
  • Good organisational and time management skills.

Your Team:

Operating from our offices in Bristol, Manchester, Glasgow and Belfast, we have specialist expertise in each UK jurisdiction. We act for banks, building societies, other secured lenders and third party services.

Whatever the size of mortgage portfolio, we adapt our processes to deliver the best outcome for the lender and their customer.

Our approach ensures that all customers are treated fairly, and vulnerability is identified and handled appropriately.
