**Automation Engineer - strong Powershell

  • Leading Bank**:
  • 6 Month rolling contract.


  • Inside IR3

  • Circa £400£450 per day (depending on exp).
  • Remote.

Company and role for Automation Engineer - strong Powershell - Leading Bank:
Our client is a leading household name in the banking and financial services industry.

They are currently looking for an Automation Engineer to join them on a 6 month rolling contract, which is likely to carry on for a very long time.

You will need to have experience of very strong Powershell scripting skills for the position.

The role will entail developing and supporting existing automation for multiple deployments/migrations across the bank.


Responsibilities for Automation Engineer - strong Powershell - Leading Bank:
They are looking for a good Automation Engineer that will work in the Migration Tooling Team. The team consists of 4 technicians who work with a highly innovative migration tool. Using this tool they use their knowledge of Powershell scripting to createprocess flows to assist migrations.


Experience for Automation Engineer - strong Powershell - Leading Bank:


Essential:


  • Strong Powershell.
  • Good understanding of Windows infrastructure.
  • Good Understanding of Azure Intune/MS Graph.
  • Experience of Active Directory migrations.
  • Knowledge of SQL.

Nice to Have:


  • Javascript.
  • CSS.
  • PowerBI.
  • Management Studio.
