Senior Communications and Engagement Officer
Venn Group is currently working with a large healthcare organisation for a Senior Communications and Engagement Officer to support the organisation

  • Delivering a range of activities within the Communications and Engagement team, with a focus on managing a range of communication and employee engagement projects and support the development of associated strategies and stakeholders
  • The employee engagement team is responsible for ensuring 2,000+ colleagues are fully engaged and involved in our mission and objectives, and supports managers in effective briefing and dialogue with staff in their areas
  • Responsible for the development of communications activity and materials for Providing specialist knowledge and support to project teams as needed
  • Supporting and in many cases, lead, on ensuring Communications and Engagement materials and resources related to employee engagement campaigns are creative and lead and manage internalfacing events, including stakeholders
  • Experience and demonstrating interest in communication and engagement
  • Experience in interpreting and implementing and engagement strategies
  • Experience and demonstrated interest in design and production of communications materials
  • Experience and demonstrated interest in managing events
  • Budget management skills
  • Proven organisational skills
