We are looking for an experienced Team Leader to work in our Housing Management Team.

Your role is to support the Tenancy Services Team Manager in delivering a first class, efficient, customer focused and responsive tenancy and estate management service.

You will be supervising a team of 9 employees which includes Housing Officers and Tenancy Sustainment Officers, therefore you will have good knowledge of housing law, experience of leading teams and achieving results.

Experience within social housing is essential for this role, either in a council, housing association or similar organisation.
