Link Contracting are a fast growing maintenance and construction provider working for local authority, educational, retail and private sector clients.

Link Contracting support the Co-op in their quest to deliver Industry leading Facilities Management. We are looking for highly skilled and motivated engineers in all disciplines
to support, maintain and repair the Co-op sites and the communities they serve.

As Multi trade technicians you will have allocated geographical areas, be responsible for all FM works in the Food and Funeral care sites and build relationships with the site and wider Co-op teams.

This isn't your standard building maintenance job, and no two days will be the same.

But the one thing that won't change is your dedication to providing great service to the Co-op buildings, site teams, customers and members who work and shop there.

The Co-op sites are a strong part of the local community and we're proud to support them.

So we will be maintaining and servicing the sites to make sure they look great, remain compliant and are open for business.

Experienced Mobile Multi Trade Technicians will support an established Co-op estate team working on PPM and reactive maintenance works on Food Store and Funeral Care buildings across Central England, engineers will be allocated sites in close proximity to their homes to minimise travel and improve service / efficiency.


What we're looking for

  • Ideally you will have experience within FM. retail sector & public building experience would be highly beneficial
  • We are seeking NVQ qualified people in a related construction trade
  • As a multi awardwinning company for H&S we expect all of our people to be 100% safe at all times and ensure the places and people affected by our work are always safe
  • We are looking for people who mirror our company values, provide excellent customer service and have a flexible and proactive approach
  • As driving for work will be a significant part of the role, we are looking for people with a full UK driving licence. We do carry out driving licence checks as a condition of employment
