The clinic offers a huge range of treatments, all delivered by fully trained and qualified practitioners, ranging from permanent make up treatments to well-being sessions including massage and flotation tanks.


The Cosmetik Clinic is recognised as one of the region's most popular Wellness Centres with yoga and other well-being classes complementing the sanctity of the flotation tank and relaxation room.


Job description

The Role


As a Senior Therapist at The Cosmetik Clinic, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional therapy services to clients while providing leadership and guidance to the therapy team.

Your role will involve performing various treatments, ensuring compliance with regulations, managing inventory, meeting key performance indicators (KPIs), promoting the clinics broad range of products and treatments and fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.


Role Responsibilities

Cosmetic Treatments

  • Deliver a wide range of treatments, ensuring the highest quality of care and personalised treatment plans.
  • Conduct treatments professionally and compassionately, maintaining positive client interactions.
  • Stay updated on the latest industry trends, techniques, and advancements.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of new treatment protocols, ensuring they comply with the latest industry standards and regulations.

Team Management:


  • Provide leadership and mentorship to the therapy team, setting performance goals and conducting regular evaluations.
  • Offer guidance, feedback, and support to help team members improve their skills and performance.
  • Identify training and development opportunities and work with the clinic supervisor/manager implement strategies to enhance staff retention.
  • To handle customer complaints and support junior members of staff with client concerns/complaints.

Compliance and Safety:


  • Ensure adherence to all regulatory and safety requirements within the clinic.
  • Maintain accurate client records and follow proper protocols established within the clinic following guidelines.
  • Working with the clinic supervisor/ manager, ensure therapy staff receive appropriate insurance coverage and training in safety protocols.

Inventory Management:


  • Manage the inventory of beauty therapy supplies and equipment, ensuring optimal stock levels.
  • Place orders for necessary supplies, track inventory usage, and coordinate equipment maintenance and repairs with the Clinic Supervisor

KPI Achievement:


  • Take ownership of meeting KPIs related to client care, staff performance, and clinic operations.
  • Monitor client satisfaction rates and therapist productivity.
  • Working with the clinic supervisor/manager, develop and implement strategies to improve KPI performance and drive process improvements.

Leadership:


  • Foster a culture of excellence and continuous improvement within the therapy team.
  • Promote effective communication, collaboration, and teamwork among team members.
  • Lead by example, demonstrating professionalism, enthusiasm, and dedication to exceptional customer experiences.

Person Specification

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a beauty therapy setting, with a strong track record of delivering highquality services.
  • Recognized qualifications in beauty therapy/aesthetics
  • Minimum of level 4 in any beauty/aesthetics/holistic therapies qualifications
  • Advanced knowledge of skincare products and aesthetic treatments.
  • Experience in using aesthetic technology and equipment.
  • Proven leadership and training skills, including goal setting, performance management, and fostering a culture of excellence.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to interact effectively with clients, staff, and stakeholders.
  • Indepth understanding of beauty therapy procedures, client care, and regulatory requirements.
  • Proficiency in using clinic software, electronic records, and other relevant technology tools.
  • Highly motivated, detailoriented, and able to thrive in a fastpaced, dynamic environment.
  • Commitment to client safety, exceptional care, and continuous professional development.
  • Flexible and adaptable, with the ability to embrace change and prioritize effectively.
  • Passionate about the beauty industry, particularly interested in skin treatments, innovation, and delivering outstanding customer experiences.
