DNA Recruit is working with an epic Live Brand Experience Agency who deliver a vast range of events, campaigns and production services for some really cool global brands.

They are looking to hire an energetic Studio Manager who will oversee the delivery ofall creative studio activity across a wide range of projects and timelines.


Main Responsibilities:


The role will be responsible for managing the studio resource tracker and design traffic management requirements, taking full ownership of brand guidelines and internal training requirements.

This key role will take the lead on managing all freelance studioresources across 2D, animation, presentation and 3D design projects required and ensure all project timelines are met, as needed.

Quality control of all producer briefs will be a key part of the role whilst refining the creative process to ensure everythingruns smoothly.

Additionally, the Studio Manager will be the main point of contact for all client brand teams, ensuring constant updates and feedback is provided, as well as ensuring seamless delivery across all projects and briefs.

The Person

The ideal person will be a strong communicator and able to liaise with internal teams, freelance creatives and clients at all levels, with the maturity and skill to problem solve and effectively find resolutions.

Strong project management and design trafficking skills will be equally important in this role, as to ensure that client design briefs are successfully met and managed within suitable timeframes.
