Junior Website Designer
We're looking for a passionate and talented Web Designer to join our team based in Hartley Wintney, Hampshire.

This position may also be suited to a person with a graphic design background who is interested in web design.

As a Web Designer at Create Designs, you'll be playing a vital role in marketing, designing and developing for our clients.

You'll be responsible for creating fresh, creative designs for our client's websites and then building them onto Wordpress using a visual builder, CSS and HTML.

Role Requirements

Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator) and/or Figma.
A understanding of web development languages like HTML and CSS.
Experience with Wordpress (big bonus)
Knowledge of design principles and working to client briefs.
Creativity and a keen eye for aesthetics, including layout, colour theory, typography, and branding, to produce original and compelling web designs.
Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with clients, team members, and stakeholders to bring visions to life.
Excellent time management with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritising tasks and meeting deadlines in a fastpaced environment.
Continuous learning mindset to stay updated with the latest web design trends, technologies, and best practices.
