Our local authority client, based in West London are looking to appoint a qualified Environmental Health Food Officer to join their team.

They need someone to undertake inspections and other interventions to verify food businesses are meeting food hygiene, food standards legal requirements, as well as meeting benchmark standards in associated guidance and established codes of practice.

Predominantly assisting with unrated and Cat D inspections and undertaking revisits.

As mentioned, they require Qualified Environmental Health Food Officer, as well as holding the degree it is essential that you are also EHORB Registered and or hold the Higher Certificate in Food as well as having 20 hours Food CPD.

The role is initially for 3 months to start with and will pay £40 Umbrella per hour.
