Cooper Weston is a leading mechanical and electrical contracting company, delivering services to clients across London and the South. We have established ourselves as a trusted partner over 13 years, with projects ranging from commercial to industrial sectors.Responsibilities:
Assist directors and management in organisation and diary management.
Complete PQQs and other documentation when required.
Handle basic accounting tasks such as invoicing and expense tracking.
Assist in organising the weekly planner for the engineers on site.
Manage company compliance and health and safety inspections.
Assist with special projects and perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements:
Positive attitude, willingness to help and trustworthy.
Previous experience in an office environment or in a similar role.
Quick learner, able to pick up new systems and processes.
Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks and manage time effectively.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
