Our client, a dynamic multi-national family-owned business has a fantastic opportunity for a Helpdesk Manager to join their team based in Exeter.

What will you do as a Helpdesk Manager?_
- Management of 1st and 2nd Line Analysts
- Training and development of team
- Daily staff management including oneto ones, appraisals, holiday, sickness and absence management
- Recruitment of new analysts
- Production of timely and accurate performance reports daily
- Utilising various software tools, including the ticketing system, to improve time to resolve issues, reduction of repeat tickets and overall number of tickets
- Deal with escalated customer issues when required
- Management of the rotas to ensure adequate support across delivery times
Skills and Qualifications:_
- Strong people management skills with the ability to lead and develop a technical team
- Highly analytical with the ability to encourage best practice
- Excellent communicator
