Permanent Full-time or Part Time, Bournemouth/Poole-based with regular expenses-paid travel across Dorset & Hampshire, salary dependant on experience & abilities, with clear career progression as the company expands.

As an experienced Human Resources professional, you will provide support to clients on all aspects of working with people and be a confident trainer who can design and deliver.

You will have strong knowledge of employment law and an ability to communicate your advice in plain English with no legal jargon or obsession with best practice.

This business is successful because our clients like us to advise with the commercial requirements of their business in mind; with best practice, case law and statute being their secondary interests and motivators.

You will therefore require the ability to give various solutions to a people problem and discuss the pros and cons of each advised course of action.

As a small team we have worked hard to create a strong open and honest culture where we communicate regularly, we don't take ourselves too seriously and we have a very close working relationship where we share our knowledge and experience and support each other inside and outside of work.

The majority of the role will be spent on-site with clients or in the office with one day working from home.
