It's an exciting time to join our TEAM at TLH Leisure Resort, which includes the TLH Derwent, TLH Victoria, TLH Toorak, and TLH Carlton Hotels.

As a Restaurant Supervisor, you will bring energy, personality and great work ethic to our hotel restaurant team creating a relaxing environment for our guests, leaving them feeling excited to repeat the experience.

Your responsibilities will include:

- overseeing of the restaurant whilst on duty, deputising the restaurant manager in their absence

Drive excellence in the guest experience through continuous monitoring, and innovation, of service standards
Lead and motivate a team to achieve high levels of customer service
Facilitate effective communication with team members, to nurture motivation and a great team working environment.

Ensuring the smooth running of the restaurant delivering exceptional service to our guests

With supervisory experience and a passion for hospitality you will be dedicated to promoting the highest levels of colleague engagement, collaboration, and team working

Hours and Rate of pay:

Full-time 37.5 hours per week over 5 days including weekends and split shifts. £ 9.79 p/h
