Description

We are looking for a hardworking, conscientious individual, with an eye for attention to detail, who enjoys variety and can muck in wherever is required.

Ideally, you will have experience in general maintenance duties including painting, power washing, cleaning, litter picking, and experience of keeping industrial sites tidy/well maintained.

Ground maintenance experience would also be a benefit.

You will need to be comfortable working at height and a current IPAF qualification would be an advantage as you may sometimes be using mobile elevating work platforms.

A full driving licence is essential to be considered for this position.

Being capable of working as part of a team and/or working alone and unsupervised is a must with this position.

Essentially you will enjoy working outside and be used to coping with working out in all weathers. You must be reliable with both attendance and timekeeping but also be adaptable to change at short notice.

Ideally, we are looking for someone who is friendly, outgoing and has common sense with some mechanical knowledge.

Someone who can point out maintenance issues such as areas that require cleaning or repainting and have the foresight to plan and suggest solutions that will remedy the problems.

This is a varied role working across all departments of the Company

This is a full time permanent post, normally working Monday to Friday but flexibility is required as there are some out of hours and weekend work required.

Due to our location, own transport is required.
