They have turned Estate Agency on its head, putting their Hub Partners in charge, allowing them to take control of their work/life balance, whilst earning a lot more in the process.
Commission Structure:
You take 70% we take 30% of your first £50,000
You take 80% we take 20% of your first £50,000 - £100,000
You take 90% we take 10% of £100,000 and above
The Benjamin Stevens Hub gives established agents the opportunity to break out of the employment grind and allows them the freedom to run their own property sales and lettings business under their established brand.
They provide the structure, support systems and training to make this a reality for hard working dedicated Negotiators in their select territory.

As a Partner Agent you have access to the established Benjamin Stevens brand, their marketing tools, operating systems, administrative support, and a wealth of experience shared by our mentors/Hub Directors.
Key requirements to be successful:
- Previous estate agency experience is essential, ideally Assistant Manager / Branch Manager level or equivalent. Senior Neg level also considerable should you have experience valuing properties.
- An aspiration to build your own brand.
- Driving license and own car suitable for business use.
- A passion for property is vital for this opportunity.
- Proven background in building long lasting customer relationships is key.
- Confident communication skills both personable and professional.
