Service Advisor -Epsom
Clemence Rogers are currently working in partnership with our client to recruit a Service Advisor based in Epsom


Job Purpose


To drive the standard in customer car and deliver a courteous and efficient reception ensuring a high standard of customer satisfaction.

To ensure high standards of quality workmanship and be an advocate of the service 'Process Development Plan' and supportcontinuous process improvement.


Main Duties

  • Ensure the accurate and timely completion of all department administration.
  • Achieve all allocated objectives for the department and operate within the law at all times.
  • Contribute to a department marketing strategy to promote all products and services.
  • Plan ahead and manage time effectively to ensure all tasks are achieved.
  • Greet customers and visitors promptly, courteously, and professionally.
  • Ensure all Group, Manufacturer and Statutory Legislation policies and practices are strictly adhered to.
  • Develop and maintain professional working relationships with all customers, dealership colleagues, suppliers and external representatives.
  • Ideally you will be from a motor trade or retail
  • Must be confident and presentable
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Full driving licence held for a minimum of 6 months with fewer than 9 penalty points.
