We provide Doctors, Nurses and Allied Health Professionals nationally to NHS and Private providers. Our Clients have been established over 25 years and expect a quality service.

We are constantly expanding through word and mouth; we have a healthy future growth plan, and the experience to constantly deliver in our field.

We are an approved supplier to the NHS and many private providers. We are also sole supplier of Forensic Clinicians to numerous police forces and prison services. We are a Niche provider and have strong relationships with our clients requiring committed Consultants to support them.

We have a small, dedicated team who work together. You will integrate with the team who wish to see you succeed. For the right person this is an exciting, rewarding job with achievable benefits.

A Typical Day

You will be communicating with your Clients, Doctors, Nurses daily. The role requires a confident strong communicator who thrives on speaking to people. Time management and organisational skills are a must.

Your Clients may need more help. You will source more Doctors, Nurses, etc to support the services ongoing.

You do this through using social media, advertising, communicating with staff already on our huge database, or through using your established Clinicians who help by introducing friends.


You will be sending out new Client opportunities to Clinicians to see if the roles are attractive to them and carry out discussions with both parties.


You will work with our in-house supportive Compliance Team to ensure they have the paperwork in order for your Clinicians.

You will ensure your Clinicians are set up with our Accounts Team.


You need to be committed, reliable and passionate about what you do, for this you are rewarded financially by receiving pay increments and monthly commission for your hard work as you climb the ladder.


Full Training is provided, after this you will sit alongside a mentor for three months who wishes to see you succeed.

Salary.

Average wages with commission are 45k, depending on ability, success and the skills to succeed.

Commission is uncapped.


Salary:
£23,000.00-£25,000.00 per year
