Risk Consultant - Escape of Water (Part-Time, Job-Share and Full-Time)

Midlands / South

Salary:
up to £55k depending on experience

We have an opportunity for an experienced individual with a passion for managing escape of water risks to join our diverse, passionate and thought leading team.

This is a fantastically diverse and rewarding role which will involve supporting customers to mitigate escape of water damage losses within property portfolios across a range of public sector and commercial clients.

We would be particularly interested to hear from individuals with either a Construction or Plumbing industry background or those within a Claims, Loss Adjusting or Underwriting background who have direct experience managing escape of water risks on behalf of commercial or public sector clients.

Working with Zurich Resilience Solutions as part of the wider Zurich Insurance group will allow you to further develop your career in a diverse and inclusive environment presenting a wide range of development opportunities both locally and globally.

Key responsibilities;

Undertaking risk assessments, customer workshops and loss analysis reviews focussing on escape of water challenges and identifying potential solutions to reduce the risk of future losses
Consulting with new and existing stakeholders to identify opportunities to deliver additional services
Contributing to thought leadership and technical insight delivered to customers, business partners and colleagues through events, communications and other publications

Knowledge, skills and experience:

An understanding of the different types of plumbing systems as well as design, installation and maintenance approaches to minimise escape of water issues
A consultative approach with the ability to recognising opportunities to solve customer problems and identify solutions
Excellent customer engagement skills; experienced at influencing and negotiation
A full UK driving licence

The Reward:

A starting salary of up to £55000, depending on experience plus:

This role is available full-time, as a job-share or part-time.
