What we expect from you in this role:
Welcome customers with a friendly and personable nature.
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent customer service.
Maintain store housekeeping standards.
A good working knowledge of the products we have in store.
Follow all cash and customer service policies and procedures.
Open and close the branch in the absence of the management team.

Job Type:

Part-time hours: 12hrs per week

Schedule:

  • This position is for Evenings & Weekends although some daytime flexibility would be desirable.

Experience:


  • Sales, Retail &
Customer Service: 1 year (preferred)

  • Key holding experience essential
