Key responsibilities

  • Responsible for the outgoing post, maintaining and organising post room.
  • Receiving deliveries and notifying owners.
  • Responsible for organising CBN shop & Superbook shop product stock.
  • Fulfilment of online shop orders and stock management.
  • Pointperson responsible for internal CRM (Salesforce) correspondence for admin team.
  • Responsible for reception cover.
  • Preparing for and registration of visitors into the premises.
  • Responsible for CBN & Superbook shop sale schedules, coordinating with key team members to ensure the schedule is aptly promoted.
  • Assisting with and processing incoming cash/cheque donations alongside the post team.
  • Responding to/actioning incoming correspondence.
  • Taking minutes in necessary meetings.
  • Timely preparation, administration and updating all data on CBN's UK & Europe Projects and reports, on a weekly basis to CBNi.
  • Assisting with the collating of monthly regional reporting for Europe to CBNi.
  • Maintaining correspondence with office vendors and suppliers.
  • Assisting with administrative duties and any administrative tasks commensurate with the role.

Required:

  • Strong administration and organisational skills
  • Ability to be part of and contribute to team work
  • Ability to work effectively on their own initiative
  • Numeracy skills
  • Exceptional time management
  • Computer literate
  • Confident working with MS365 package
  • Minimum 5 GCSEs
  • Confident dealing with people at all levels of the organisation
  • Excellent communication skills (including over the telephone)

Desired:


  • Office administration experience.
  • Knowledge of Salesforce or experience of using client relationship management (CRM) systems.
