About the role


As Workplace Experience Coordinator you will oversee and optimise the employee experience at Cover Genius, identifying experiential needs, refining services, and streamlining workflows for employees working in-person, remote, or hybrid.


What your working week will involve;:

  • Create a unique culture and workplace at Cover Genius APAC region that supports our collaborative and diverse culture of innovation, and oversee the daily operations of our offices.
  • Provide a pivotal role in facility service operations, including new office builds, fastpaced expansions, capacity and space planning, and implementation of new processes and procedures.
  • Develop and execute a workplace experience strategy with other workplace experience coordinators in Americas and EMEA regions that supports a strong, fun, and productive company culture that employees want to be a part of.
  • Identify employee needs and work with crossfunctional teams to implement solutions that optimise their experience in the workplace, whether they are working inperson, remote, or hybrid.
  • Create and execute employee surveys and utilise data to drive decisions and action plans.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with vendors and partners to improve services for employees and ensure consistency across all groups within the organisation.
  • Manage workplace experience platforms and technology investments that support the employee experience, including wayfinding technologies, indoor mapping, and collaboration tools.
  • Assist in launching people programs like anniversary programs, wellbeing programs to increase employee engagement and retention.
  • Foster a mobilefirst approach to workplace experiences that streamlines workflows and improves efficiencies.
  • Communicate regularly with employees and the organisation's leadership team to ensure alignment with business objectives and to address any workplace experiencerelated issues.

What the ideal profile looks like;:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • 2+ years of experience in a workplace experience coordinator related role
  • Experience in leading workplace experience projects from ideation to execution
  • Knowledge of workplace technologies and platforms.

PART TIME REQUIREMENTS

  • 20 hours per week across 5 days
  • 4 hours per day, flexible as to when they are taken
  • At least 23 days per week in the office

This position is 20 hours per week, 4 hours each day and will require attendance to our offices based in Shoreditch 2 times a week.
