Job Purpose:
The Shipping and Collections Co-ordinator must be highly organised and fastidious to detail. They will be responsible for the dispatch of auction lots and will work alongside the post sale auctions team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Work with Post Sale team to ensure timely dispatch of all Auction lots
- Ensure all material being dispatched is recorded as appropriate and tracking details are updated
- Manage Customer Collections for clients wishing to pick up material
- Work with Auction team to manage material within the postsale process.
Experience required:
- Efficient administration abilities
- Highly organized and fastidious to detail
- Good communication skills
- Ability to meet tight deadlines and take regular direction

- Problem solver
- Keen attention to detail
Pay:
£25,000.00 per year
