  • Rate: £15.25ph +hol (£17.09ph total) _

Job Summary
Gorilla Events are proud to provide hospitality services to a number of high profile London events.


We are looking for experienced back of house supervisors to lead a team of KPs, floor clearers and bar back staff.


  • Polo in the Park, Fulham, London. 5th 10th June
  • Wing Fest, Stratford, London. 24th 29th July
  • Meatopia, Tobacco Docks, London. 27th Aug 1st Sept

Responsibilities include:

  • Effectively motivate and lead a team of staff to ensure front of house teams are supported.
  • Ensuring exceptional levels of health and safety and food hygiene at all times.
  • Oversea a fruit prep operation, including core pineapples and coconuts for our cocktail serves.
  • Direct a team or bar backs who will be restocking the bars with stock, fruit, ice etc.
  • Direct a team of KPs/floor clearers to ensure reusable cups are returned to BOH and sorted ready to be sent back to the supplier.
  • Assist in the preparation of cocktail premix, working to to the specs provided.
  • At least 12 months managerial/supervisory experience in a back of house setting.
  • Experience on event and festival sites is an advantage.
  • Experience making cocktail premix is an advantage.
  • Hardworking, motivated and a dedicated professional.
  • A good communicator who isn't afraid to ask for support.
  • Able to work under pressure at busy times.
  • Have ambition to succeed and be a team player.
