Role
Supply Chain Officer
Reporting to
Procurement Manager
Key Duties
- Assist in identifying Supply Chain risks and ensure these are documented as part of our due diligence process and report OTIF
- Prepare documentation. Coordinate and collate input from manufacturers, warehouse, and a wide range of stakeholders into a range of reports or updating the Stock Database.
- Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently. Provide administrative support for financial budgeting and reporting.
- Provide additional adhoc administrative and events organising support as needed. Tasks may include practically ordering the stationery for the office, assisting with any administrative requirements, and packing orders.
- Raise POs in alignment with buying and planning timelines for relevant channels. Responsible for PO revisions to enable accurate order book,
- Assist with Goods in, purchase invoices, stock movements, scrap, retained stock, sales, Interco transactions, works orders.
- Track delivery of all category POs in partnership with sourcing, production, and the department coordinator, and escalate shipment issues promptley. Identify sales risks and resolve these where appropriate,
- Able to work on a range of systems, inputting data accurately and generating documentation.
- Supporting the resolution of invoices pending payment on time, by performing detailed analysis to identify the root cause of the issue prohibiting invoice payment.
Requirements:
- Highly organised and dynamic with the ability to manage a high volume of deadline related workload actions that will be delivered within set timescales.
- Natural problem solver and understand the need for attention to detail and finding solutions.
- Passion for quality, and service and want to go above and beyond.
- An uncompromising approach to getting the job done, ensuring systems are slick and processes are followed with continual checkbacks.
- Experience in a similar Role
- Strong It skills in MS Office including outlook, excel/word

£25,000.00-£30,000.00 per year
