Overview:


We are seeking an experienced Teaching Assistant with HLTA status, or the aspiration to train towards this status, to join our team during the summer term of 2023.

Range 2 -3 (£ £25043) pro rata, depending on experience (Figures based on 22/23 pay scales)

About the role:


To work under the instruction/guidance of teaching/senior staff to undertake work/care/support programmes, to enable access to learning for pupils and to assist the teacher in the management of pupils and the classroom.

Work may be carried out in the classroom or outside the main teaching.

You will also be required to plan and teach individuals, groups and whole classes at times.

  • Experience working with young children, including children with SEN
  • Qualified at Level 3 or above
  • Record keeping skills
  • Good ICT skills
  • First aid qualification (training will be given if necessary)
