Description
As a Administrator you will be managing the insurance claims for property related repairs for the companies customers.

The Company we're recruiting for has a small family feel culture, good benefits package including 25 days annual leave + Bank Holidays+ Birthday off, Pension Scheme, Parking on-site, multiple annual staff events.

Hours:
Monday - Friday 8am - 5pm (company can be flexible on working hours)


As a Administrator/Claims Handler you will be responsible for

  • You will manage all claims from order to invoice stage
  • Run daily reports
  • You will be communicating with external contractors and policy holders to coordinate repair works
  • Manage the booking of skips, licenses and permits for contractors to be able to attend the job
  • You will have had administration/customer service experience within a commercial office environment
  • You must be able to drive as there is no public transport link in the area
