Hours:
Monday - Friday 8am - 5pm (company can be flexible on working hours)
As a Administrator/Claims Handler you will be responsible for
- You will manage all claims from order to invoice stage
- Run daily reports
- You will be communicating with external contractors and policy holders to coordinate repair works
- Manage the booking of skips, licenses and permits for contractors to be able to attend the job
- You will have had administration/customer service experience within a commercial office environment
- You must be able to drive as there is no public transport link in the area
