What you'll be doing:

Designing and managing architectural design projects from inception to completion
Assisting other architectural staff as required and assist with coordination of the contributions of all members of the Multidisciplinary Design Teams
Assisting the promotion and development of the highest quality of design and constructional standards of building with particular emphasis on value for money
Contributing to the company overall through personal performance, supervision, proactive leadership where required
Assisting the implementation of the company's Health & Safety Policy Statements including risk assessment procedures

What we're looking for:

Enthusiastic 5yrs+ Registered Architect status or Technologist registered as MCIAT, or equivalent educated to degree level
Possess a sound grasp of building design and construction and construction cost planning
Awareness of new innovative procurement and construction techniques (especially in connection with Net Zero Carbon initiatives), construction contracts, current legislation, statutory and regulatory requirements relating to property
Experience in a professional private sector (architectural) office or in a local authority
Good communication written and verbal, presentation, organisational skills
Possess a high skill level of AutoCAD and Revit software along with associated 3D visualisation rendering packages and NBS experience
Experience in Education design, public buildings, Healthcare and Blue Light sectors essential
