BHRUT provides care for a population of approximately 750,000 people across Northeast London and number is predicted to increase by 15 per cent over the next 10 years.

Our services include all the major specialities of large acute hospitals, operating from 2 main sites

  • King George Hospital in Goodmayes and Queens Hospital in Romford. The Metastatic breast Macmillan support worker has a role in working alongside the oncology multidisciplinary team, including but not exclusive to medical staff, site specific clinical nurse specialists and allied health professionals. An opportunity has arisen for a full time, highly motivated and enthusiastic Macmillan support worker to join the Enhanced Supportive Care (ESC) Team at Barking, Havering and Redbridge University Hospital NHS Trust (BHRUT).
