TEAM STRUCTURE OVERVIEW

RESPONSIBILITIES

Act as a
Training Services Integration Specialist:


  • Fulfilling the role of Training Work Package lead for the LTTSS programme
  • Act as Training Services functional representative on the UK Apache Leadership Team, supporting drumbeat of key programme meetings
  • Ensure Training Services functional performance against Quality, Cost and Schedule with the Apache Programme, including coordinating contractual and noncontractual metrics and datasets.
  • Act as the training solution integrator across complex stakeholder communities
  • Direct all phases of training projects or subsystems from inception through completion, demonstrating proficiency in all project management areas in accordance with accepted project management standards
  • Oversees the development, delivery and evaluation of technical training to ensure timely delivery
  • Provide support to the Training Solutions Architects and Training Analysts
  • Provides in depth analysis; identify lessons learned, provide historical reports to incorporate into future project plans.
  • Coaching and mentoring of others

REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

  • Demonstrable experience of leading, coordinating, integrating, and maintaining integrated plans and schedules for training programs of work.
  • Demonstrable experience of managing training programmes/projects
  • Has a solid understanding of the training process (Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation and Evaluation)
  • Customer facing and facilitation skills.

PREFERRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

  • Has programme/project management experience in the training domain
  • Has people skills to enable the management of complex stakeholder communities
  • Have the ability to connect with personnel from multiple skill areas, cultures and functions
  • Other appropriate background, experience and qualifications may be deemed acceptable
