The role

Duties and responsibilities

Reviewing incoming enquiries to provide estimates for precast flooring and staircases.
Assessing requirements for materials, labour and plant on each project.
Using both IT software and manual calculations for estimating.
Providing sales and technical advice where required.
Ability to carry out post tender negotiations.
Updating our inhouse CRM database and collating data.
Experience within the precast concrete sector or construction industry.
Recognised building qualification.
Strong mathematical/technical background.
Ability to work to tight deadlines with returning estimates.
Be willing to learn new skills and take on challenges.
Strong communication skills both verbally and written.
Be honest, reliable and able to work in a team environment.
Good IT skills and ability to learn new software.
