Description
I'm currently looking for a QA Manager to join a leading Pharmaceutical company based in the Surrey region.

As the QA Manager, you will be responsible for managing and leading operation performance for the QA Department, including strategic decisions.

In addition, you will also be responsible for the following:


KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Your duties as the QA Manager will be varied however, the key duties and responsibilities are as follows:
Responsible for leading direct QA reports, including a QP, ensuring the organisation meets required quality and regulatory requirements.

You will be an active member of the Senior Leadership Team, implementing strategic decisions and ensuring successful delivery of the business strategy, KPI's and objectives.

Represent the business in a professional manner ensuring effective preparations have been carried out for Regulatory inspections as well as internal or external audits.

Be able to effectively manage a Quality department and ensure effective day today running of the department.

ROLE REQUIREMENTS:
Significant practical experience of aseptic manufacturing and filling operations, ideally of biological products.

  • Proven industry experience and knowledge of GMP and Quality Assurance
  • A working knowledge and practical experience with of leadership and team management
